Christmas is a festival of joy, love, and togetherness. It is celebrated on 25th December every year. People decorate their homes with lights, stars, and Christmas trees. They also enjoy cakes, gifts, and parties. I once attended a Christmas party that I really enjoyed. It was full of fun and happy memories.
The party was held at my friend Rohan’s house. His family had decorated the entire home with lights, red ribbons, bells, and a big Christmas tree. The tree had stars, balls, and candy canes hanging on it. A shining star was placed on top of the tree.

I went to the party in the evening. Many of my school friends were there. Everyone wore red and white clothes. Some children wore Santa hats too. The house was filled with laughter, music, and joy.
The party began with a prayer and Christmas carols. We sang together and clapped with joy. After that, we played games like musical chairs, passing the parcel, and guess the gift. Everyone was excited and smiling.
Then came the most fun moment – Santa Claus arrived! He had a big red bag full of gifts. He gave each child a present and wished us “Merry Christmas!†I got a toy car as my gift. We all took photos with Santa.
Later, we had delicious food. There were cakes, cookies, sandwiches, and hot chocolate. The Christmas cake was the best. It was soft and sweet with cherries on top.
At the end of the party, Rohan’s parents gave everyone a small return gift. It had a chocolate bar, a greeting card, and a small bell.
I really enjoyed that Christmas party. It was not only about gifts and food but also about spending time with friends and feeling the spirit of Christmas. The decorations, music, and friendly people made it special.
Christmas teaches us to be kind, helpful, and thankful. That party gave me many happy memories. I hope to enjoy more Christmas parties in the future.
