You should say:
- What the habit is
- When you started it
- How it helps you
- And explain why you think it’s a good habit
Part 3:
- Why do people neglect their health sometimes?
- What should schools do to promote good health among children?
- Is it better to prevent illness than to treat it?
- How can governments encourage healthier lifestyles?
- What role does mental health play in overall well-being?
I don’t think the title of your article matches the content lol. Just kidding, mainly because I had some doubts after reading the article.
