You should say:

  • What the habit is
  • When you started it
  • How it helps you
  • And explain why you think it’s a good habit

Part 3:

  1. Why do people neglect their health sometimes?
  2. What should schools do to promote good health among children?
  3. Is it better to prevent illness than to treat it?
  4. How can governments encourage healthier lifestyles?
  5. What role does mental health play in overall well-being?
